You must be at least 13 years old to use PostitHub. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and everything you post.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse.
• No sexually explicit, obscene, or violent content.
• No illegal content or activity.
• No spam, scraping, or attempts to break the service.
• Respect other people's privacy, copyright, and trademarks.

We use automated tools (profanity filter, AI image moderation) plus community reports to enforce these rules and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate them.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting to PostitHub, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the service, including to the people you invite to a hub.

You can stop using PostitHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms or create risk for other users or the service.

PostitHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.
